- Forming our people (Culmination) Without a people we are powerless.
- Ruling the world (Cadence) The only way to have a real chance to make it a good place for us.
Risks
- Inadequacy (Air) We are requiring from a couple of young people to carry out the hardest task.
- Poverty (Earth) Gabriele and Yichi are not paid for their task, so much of their time and energy could be wasted in a useless subsistence job.
- Dispersion (Water) There are so many things to be done that we could end up, since we have so few resources, doing nothing of everything.
